A mega project in the transport sphere is offered in the Krymsk District

The Municipal Formation invites investors to participate in the implementation of the project for the construction of Port Penay, a warehouse terminal for transshipment of cargoes.

Within the project implementation, it is planned to construct a container/auto terminal with railway infrastructure in Nizhnebakanskoye rural settlement, near Neberdzhayevskaya railway station in the Krasnodar Region. When reaching the designed capacity, the terminal will render services for storage and reservation of cargo in the amount of 14,000 thousand tons per day. The main category of consumers will be food and non-food retail; building materials and other goods of customers will be storaged here.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 2,000 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 3 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 800 new jobs.

A land plot of 520,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Neberdzhaevskaya Cossack village (Nizhnebakanskaya rural settlement). There is a local road (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Krasnodar city – Novorossiysk city» is 2 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Krymsk city is 15 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 100 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Nizhnebakanskaya is 12 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 65 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 50 km.
