It Is Proposed to Implement a Major Project in the Krymsk District of the Krasnodar Region

The Municipal Formation Krymsk District Proposes Entrepreneurs to Finance the Investment Project on the Construction of the Sports and Entertainment Complex for Year-Round Family Recreation.

To meet the demand of consumers (population and travel agencies), it is planned to implement the project of the construction of the sports and entertainment complex for year-round family recreation in the Krymsk urban settlement. The sports and entertainment complex will include 10 different facilities which together will provide an excellent opportunity for pastime and leisure for the whole family and for wide segments of the population, for guests of the resorts of the southern coast and for the local residents, both in the warm period, and also in winter. It is expected to build a covered ice arena with stands up to 1,000 seats, a leisure center with a restaurant for 500 seats, a hotel of 60 rooms, as well as a fitness center, a SPA complex, and a water park. A recreation area with a swimming pool, gazebos and bungalows, aviaries, a fountain, and a parking lot for 400 cars will be arranged.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 600 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 3 years, and the return on investment period is 6 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 100 new jobs.

A land plot of 50,216 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in Krymsk city. There is a local road (0.5 km), there. The distance to the federal highway «Krymsk city – Dzhiginka village» is 2 km.

The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 120 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Krymskaya is 3 km, to the Anapa Airport is 65 km, and to the seaport of Novorossiysk is 50 km.
