Investor: Kuban Biofix LLC Project implementation year: 2020

A memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of investments for the construction of a wine-making enterprise in the Krymsk District was signed between the Administration of the Municipal Formation Krymsk District and the investor, Kuban Biofix LLC, in 2020. (Kuban Biofix LLC was reorganized into Chateau Andre LLC). The General Director of Chateau Andre LLC is Nosovskaya Natalya Andreyevna.

The investment project was implemented in Varenikovskiy rural settlement, Shkolnyi farm Investment volume: 150 million rubles

A license for the bottling and sale of alcoholic beverages was obtained on December 2, 2020. The bottling of wine is planned in the volume of 50 thousand bottles. The main goal of the project is the production of quality wine and the development of wine tourism.

There is an agricultural and tourist complex in the territory of the Chaute Andre enterprise, which includes 70 hectares of vineyards, an eco-farm, a winery tasting room, a guest house, and the winery itself with a wine storage cellar on an area of 700 sq.m.

The architecture in the old style of Provence is the highlight of the Chaute Andre family winery. During the construction, mainly natural elements, such as white stone, old tiles, and wood, were used.

It is planned to increase the planting of grapes up to 120 hectares and modernize the production complex in the territory of Chaute Andre in the future. It is also planned to open branded wine shops along the Black Sea coast.

Chaute Andre’s vineyards contain 12 varieties: Traminer, Zweigelt, Gruner Veltliner, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Gris, Muscat White, Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Aligote, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Franc.

All varieties are imported from famous European nurseries. A particular emphasis was made on the varieties of the Austrian and Burgundian regions.
