Construction of a battery manufacturing plant, OOO AB-BATTERIES
The investment project aims to focus on import substitution. It is expected to create 150 new jobs across various sectors such as warehouse, office, production, and logistics. This increase in employment will, in turn, boost the revenue for the budget of Krymsk District.
The project agreement was signed by V.I. Kondratyev, Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, at the international industrial exhibition Innoprom-2022 in Yekaterinburg.
The investor has been allocated a land plot of 10 hectares in the Adagumsk rural settlement of Krymsk District to accommodate the production.
So far, the design for the initial phase of construction, comprising a warehouse building and a checkpoint, has been finished. Work on designing the production complex has started. Construction equipment has been bought, and technical requirements for water, gas, electricity, and communication networks have been met. The investor has secured a construction permit for the first phase.
In 2024, it is planned to launch the production of batteries in the Crimean region.

The second phase of building the plant for manufacturing elevator equipment
An investment project to build the only elevator equipment manufacturing plant in the Southern Federal District of Russia.
In 2020, a protocol of intentions was signed for investment in constructing a plant to produce elevator equipment.
The project involves establishing a production and technical facility to manufacture advanced elevators, capable of producing up to 5,000 elevator sets annually.
The investor is the winner of the regional quality competition Made in Kuban.
Construction of the TPP Udarnaya facility
The TPP - Udarnaya facility is designed to address the energy shortage in the southwestern district of the Krasnodar Territory and includes the completion of 5 major construction projects.
The agreement on the implementation of this major project was signed at the Russian Investment Forum in Sochi on February 14, 2019.
